Re: little Britain USA
I liked Little Britain from day 1. But when Series 3 aired i thought they'd took it too far to be that funny in my opinion.
This may be to do with the fact i think David Walliams is a complete prick. Yeh so he many a time dressed up as a woman in the show and yes it was funny. But when he continues it when not in Little Britain, i.e. television appearances i don't see the need to act like the over the top gay he so commonly does. Yet he claims to be straight. Really not feeling that one, when the other day i saw he'd done a photo shoot in a pink dress......
Ok so this is more a hate David post, but as for the thread topic i only watched the first episiode and wasn't all that impressed. A few people i know were shocked over the lezzer comments they made with Rosie O'Donnel but i didn't think it was that bad, but that might just be how i am cause i'm pretty open minded and don't take offence at stuff like that.

I dont like it... Americans like to butcher really good shows such as the original, British version of The Office and the original, Australian version of Kath and Kim.

no you misunderstood. it's the same guys, just the original characters are in America or they do Americans. not the Americans have tried to make their own version.

Re: little Britain USA
I don't like it, its just a series a character retorting the same catphrases and jokes week in, week out.
Sketch shows these days generally aren't very good. I'd say the best at the moment is The Armstrong and Miller Show.

yeh i thought that was awesome. another one that is currently on that i like is Harry & Paul. first time i watched it i thought it was just random but in the following weeks i found myself getting into it. the South African gym owner they do is awesome. as is their version of the downstairs dragon's den guy!

Re: little Britain USA
Little Britain was very funny and we Brits love to send ourselves up, that's our sense of humor. But the USA version to me just didn't work, none of the sketches were funny and to me it got to the point when I thought it was all the -ISTS you could think of.

BRING BACK MONTY PYTHON! Much more funny, it seems to confuse americans for some unbeknownst reason and they are simply the funniest movies and shows I have ever watched .
