Parkour Anyone?

Just wondering if anyone does/has an interest in parkour.

I've never done it myself, but I love to watch it. I saw a channel 4 program a few years ago called Jump for Britain. Do you do it?

Elaborate a bit? What are you on about?

It's like urban gymnastics, getting from A to B as fast and fluid as possible. Google it, it's not very popular here in Spain but there are groups in England.

I just managed to do a (sort of) proper kinup for the first time. It's handy to combine with my karate and cool to impress girls.

I wish I was brave enough to do parkour.

But alas, I am not so I'll have leave the chippings of bones, and concussions and bruises to the rest of you

but a m8 of mine can do a aireal and a wall-walk-back-flilp. (but he's really good at that stuff)

Yeh, i can do a wallflip too, how many feet does he use on the wall?

I think 2, haven't really noticed actually.

You´ll have to get some vids of you and your friend for me to watch, i really want to learn the kinup and 2-step.
