Yea you can, but you will have to buy a moving ticket. I'd move to the UK if I was you, just until you get used to the game, then you could move to which ever country you want.

Is the US super crowded like I thought? If it is then I'll probably just pick the Uk, since you guys seem like a nice bunch if you don't mind a Yank :p.

The US has 533 people and the UK has 595. So the US is less populated, perhaps Canada, with 233 people? Your choice.
