well, i got osme gold for levelling up, so i bough a wellness pack, so i have some wellness now at least Razz

edit : now annoyed that i'm at 36 wellness and can't participiate in that lower normandy battle

Search "clinic" and add them as a friend if they're in your region.

If you're in Lower Normandy search "clinique".

Then just ask them for wellness and they'll supply gifts.
